Ingredients for 6-8 people:
- 1 packet of biscuits Miranta
- 500 gr. yogurt
- 1 box sweetened milk
- 2 lemons (juice and zest)
- Beat of yogurt and milk. Add the juice and zest of lemons and continue stirring.
- Crumble with your hands 2 biscuits in each glass and add 1-2 tablespoons of the lemon cream.
- Repeat the process with layers of cookies and cream until they fill their glasses.
- Refrigerate until the cream bind (about 4 hours).
- Serve with crispy wafers, cream and red or green maraschino cherries.
