Traditional cheese with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO).
Produced from fresh pasteurized sheep and goat milk, high quality, free range animals from the mountainous Peloponnese, in the ratio 70% and 30% by weight respectively.

It has a pleasant spicy taste with a sense of butter.

  • From Greek pasteurized goat's milk
  • Composition: El.70% sheep's milk, goat's milk Meg.30%, 2-3% salt, rennet, cultivation
  • Maximum humidity 56% - Minimum fat in dry matter 43%
  • Keep refrigerated at 2-4°C.
