Produced from fresh pasteurized goat's and sheep's milk, high quality, free range animals from the mountainous Peloponnese, in ratio of 80% and 20% by weight respectively.

It has a pleasant spicy flavor.

  • From Greek pasteurized goat's milk
  • Composition: pasteurized goat's milk, 2-3% salt, rennet, cultivation
  • Maximum humidity 56% - Minimum fat in dry matter 43%
  • Keep refrigerated at 2-4°C.
